First Time Property Owner Signup

Please keep in mind most fields are required  to submit the form.
We also require a valid email address with proper MX records.  

Signup Proccess

1. ) Visit the Signup Page (http://smartvacationrentals.com/owner_signup/)
2. ) Next fill in your information. Take note of the required fields.
3. ) Once you have all your info, Press the Submit Button.
4. ) If any required fields are missing you will not be able to submit.
5. ) You email address will be validated and a welcome message will be sent;
        - a) We will check your email for proper delivery records.
        - b) We will send an email to your address with your login details.
6. ) Visit your email inbox and open the new message (it might take a little time to arrive)
7. ) Login by visting http://smartvacationrentals.com/Your_Properties/

Possible Problems

1. ) You are brought to the Password Reminder Page;
    - This happens when your email address is already registered, but the current password does not match the one just used to signup. Your only option is to enter your email address and recover your current password.
2. ) You are told your email address is not valid;
   - This happens when you enter an email address that does not have any resolvable mx records, or the smtp server for your email address either does not respond or rejects mail sent to your email address. You must contact your ISP to correct this issue. Alternatively Gmail, Yahoo, MSN etc. will work.
3. ) You Receive a "Microsoft VBScript runtime error";
   - This happens when invalid characters are submited. If you get this message please press back and remove and non alpha-numeric characters from each field.
