The master bedroom has a king size bed and is attached to a large bathroom with a walk in closet. The large living room with gas fireplace is open to the kitchen and dining area with an eating bar. The living are has two hide a bed sofas: queen size and twin. Sliding glass doors lead out to the beautiful waterfront deck. There is a laundry room with a washer and dryer. There are a number of restaurants and lounges in the area with live entertainment. Shopping galore in nearby Lake Geneva and downtown Delavan. Renter is responsible for any damages. 4. Renter agrees that no pets shall be allowed in vacation property without written permission of Owner. 5. A major credit card number must be provided with every reservation to be used as a security deposit or a $300.00 refundable deposit can be made. This is a “peace of mind protection” in case any unit damage occurs or furnished items need to be replaced. 6. Owner is not able to cancel this agreement without reimbursing Renter out of pocket expenses for arranging this vacation. If Renter cancels this agreement then all monies paid to Owner, thus far, are forfeited. 7. Personal Property and Liability: All personal property kept by Renter in said premises shall be and remain at his/her sole risk and Owner shall not be liable for any damages to, or loss of such personal property ensuing from any acts of negligence of any other persons, nor from any problems with the rental unit from any other cause whatsoever, nor shall Owner be liable for any injury to the Renter or guests of the Tenant in or about the premises. The Renter expressly agreeing to save Owner harmless in all such cases. 8. This Lease shall be governed pursuant to the laws of the state of the property; and invalidation of any portion of this Lease shall not invalidate the remainder. This document contains the entire agreement between the parties, and any changes, amendments, or modifications hereof shall be void unless the same are in writing and signed by the parties hereto.
