The cabin is furnished in rustic log style, while still offering the modern convinces of a full furnished kitchen, TV/VCR, and modern hot tub. This spacious three bedroom, half bath cabin comfortably sleeps 8. Just outside the French doors off the family room sits a breathtaking riverside deck with sunken hot tub on the edge of the cascading Index Creek. With its unsurpassed privacy, panorama view, quintessential cabin motif, & convenient location just 20 miles west of the summit of Stevens Pass, Bill & Suzy's Place offers an ideal mountain getaway. Getting Here:From Seattle: Take either of the floating bridges (I-90 or 520) to I-405 North. Exit at 522 East (to US HYWY 2) Take 522 east until it ends at US HYWY 2 in Monroe. Turn Left at light onto US HYWY 2. Continue on US 2 past several towns such as; Sultan, Goldbar and Index. Continue East on Highway 2 to the town of Baring, approximately 1/3 mile east of "Der Baring Store" turn right on NE Index Creek Rd. (Small turnout on right side) Proceed on NE Index Creek Rd. past the fire station and over the wooden suspension bridge 1 mile to the "T". Turn right into long driveway. Cabin at end of driveway.

Policies Thank you for booking a stay at Bill and Suzy’s Place. It is our policy that all guests read this information to be full informed about their and our rental obligations. Renters must sign the following to acknowledge this agreement. Payment: A reservation can be made with a non-refundable 20% deposit paid by credit card when the reservation is made. Full payment is due 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date. If a check (payable to Mysty Mountain Properties) or money order is not received by the due date, the balance will be charged to your credit card. The credit card must have an expiration date that extends beyond your stay. If a reservation is made less than 30 days prior to arrival, full payment with Visa or Master Card is due when the reservation is made. Rates: Current rates are posted on the website www.vacationrentalcabins.com Washington tax (8.8%) will be added to these rates. Rates are subject to change without notice. The rate at the time of the reservation will be honored. There is no charge for children age 2 & under if sleeping in a crib (not provided) or with parents. Cancellations: Cancellations and reschedules may be made up to 30 days before the first day of your reservation. If a cancellation or reschedule is made with less notice there is no refund unless we are able to rebook the cabin in which case we will refund 90% of the days that are rebooked. All reservation changes must be acknowledged in writing. The deposit can be credited to a future reservation. Trip insurance may be purchased through CSA Travel Protection - 1-800-554-9839 to cover emergencies resulting in cancellation. Minimum Stay: There is a 2-night minimum stay with the following exceptions: 3-night minimum on most holidays and during some holiday periods; Single nights are occasionally available during mid-week. Minimum Age: Anyone under age 21 must be accompanied by a parent. Exceptions are made on an individual basis. Change in the Number of Guests/Conduct of Guests: Please inform us of any change in the number of guests before your arrival so the cabin can be prepared appropriately. No refunds are given for changes in the number of guests after your arrival. The cabin is not for parties, nor gatherings at any time of anyone except for those who have paid to stay there. Exceptions are made on an individual basis. Unauthorized people at the cabin at any time will result in a double charge or loss of your deposit. If there is excessive noise or music, any illegal activity, or evidence of violation of these policies you may be asked to vacate the premise without any refund. Arrival Time: 4:00pm is the standard arrival time. If the cabin is not occupied the night before your arrival, you may be able to arrive early. Unless you have arranged an early arrival time, please do not arrive early to allow us time to prepare the cabin for you. Departure time: 12:00pm is the standard departure time. Your prompt departure is appreciated so we can prepare the cabin for the next guests. If the cabin is not booked the night of your departure, a later departure time is usually possible. Smoking: Smoking is allowed outside as long as butts and ashes are not left behind. Discard the butts and ashes in the outside garbage. Do not throw butts on the ground (including the fire ring) or bring into the cabin. If there is any tobacco smell in the cabin after your departure, there will be a minimum $250 charge. Oil lamps and incense are not permitted due to the long lasting odor. If these policies are violated, there will be a charge for excessive cleaning. Damage, Missing Items: Any damage to the cabin or its contents or missing item(s) will be charged to your credit card at repair or replacement cost. If there is such a charge, an explanation will be mailed to you within 15 days. If there is extensive damage or cleaning, the final charge may be after 15 days. Housekeeping/Supplies: A starter supply of expendable supplies such as paper goods, soap, and energy logs is provided; please bring additional if you feel this will not be adequate. Housekeeping is not provided during your stay unless previously arranged. Basic cleaning supplies are stocked to do your own cleaning during your stay. To avoid a cleaning charge, please perform the following before leaving - remove garbage & recycling, wash the dishes, clean appliances & BBQ, wipe counter tops, and return items to original location. Clean dishes may be left in the drainer to dry. If all the dishes do not fit in the drainer, dry and put them away. Excessive cleaning will be charged to your credit card at $45/hr, with a one-hour minimum. (Continued under Cancellations and Refunds) |
