All homes being rented must be paid in full 2 business days prior to arrival. Check in time is between 8:30am-4:00pm and check out time is 12:00pm noon. Anyone coming in after 4:00pm will need to pay an after hours charge of $50.00 WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANYONE... CLEANING POLICIES * Cleaning fee $100 (will be taken out of deposit) PET POLICIES * Sorry No Cats!!!. * We try to accommodate guests with small dogs under the following rules and circumstances. * $100 pet fee and $15.00 per additional pet * Only small dogs please, and no aggressive breeds. * Dogs must be on a flea treatment regimen (Frontline, etc.). * Pets are not allowed on couches, bedding, or furniture. * They MUST NOT be left in the room unattended or tied up outside. * Pets are not permitted in the pool/spa area. * Dogs must be on a leash at all times when they are outside. * Guests should bring a "pooper-scooper" to clean up after their pets. * Noisy or Barking dogs will not be permitted.
