This 2-Bedroom, 1-Bathroom 1,000 sq ft home is have trailer home and the other half is an addition. The house has central AC/Heat and a brand new water heater. This clean cute cottage type home is very comfortable and homely. One bedroom has a full size bed in it, and other room has two twin beds in it. The living room has two love seats and plenty of carpeted floor space.

The house is fully furnished to include a TV with a VCR and DVD player, so bring along your favorite movies. All the plates, silverware and glasses are there for your use. There is a fish washing tank/sink in the back yard to clean your daily catch.

Medina Lake is a 5 minute walk from the house. Dock you boat or water ski's. There is Whartons Cove Cafe three house down the street. Bandera, Texas, the Cowboy Town of the Country is 15 minutes away. Enjoy the beauitful ride in the Texas Hill Country, there is nothing like it.

No Pets allowed in the house. Outside is alright. Ssmoking in the house is alright. No bond fires in the yard. Any damages to the home will be decducted from the deposit. There is a two day mininum charge. Damages to the house that exceed the deposit will be charged to the customer.
