Step outside to the private screened porch where seating invites you to relish the early morning sunrise and sit peacefully during the evening sunset. Waipani is perfectly situated across the street from the beautiful Atlantic Ocean so your family is just steps away from sinking their bare feet into the warm, white sand.

| One half of the base rental amount is due within 5 business days after booking reservation. Final payment is due 30 days before arrival date. Payment may be made with personal check, cashiers check, money order or MC or VISA. No security deposit is required if the guest has a valid MasterCard or VISA on account. If a valid MasterCard or VISA is not presented the guest will be required to pay a $500.00 cash security deposit. If required please allow up to four(4) weeks for return of deposit. |

Prices are set according to location of unit, unit condition, number of bedrooms, and amenities offered with unit. Rates are higher Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, and special event weeks. 13% tax, $1.00 per night resort fee and a non refundable processing fee 5% of rental amount, $25 minimum. (Subject to change) Departure Maid Service is available upon request for 1-5 bedroom properties. If Departure Maid Service is not ordered there will be an Inspection Fee added to each reservation made: 1 bedroom $10; 2 bedrooms $20; 3-4 bedrooms $25 and 5 bedrooms $30. Departure Maid Service is required on all 6 bedroom or larger properties and is automatically added to rental amount. Inspection Fee: If departure maid service is not ordered an Inspection Fee of $10 for a 1 bedroom, $20 for a 2 bedroom, $25 for a 3 or 4 bedroom and $30 for a 5 bedroom unit will be added to each reservation. Linen packages are available at a fee or $35 + tax per bed.
