Inlet Point Villas is a quiet, family-oriented, gated community with tennis court and swimming pool on the grounds. Unit 11D sleeps up to 7 and affords views of the ocean, the Intracoastal Waterway and the salt marshes located at the northern most end of North Myrtle Beach. The unit is just a few steps from one of the least crowded and most beautiful beaches in all of the "Grand Strand". You do not have to cross a street to get to the ocean beach. Situated on the point of land where the Atlantic spills into the Intracoastal Waterway, the beach at Inlet Point is unique and among the largest in the area. It is enormous at low tide, making it possible to wade/swim all the way to Waites Island, across the IC Waterway. The receding water leaves shallow ocean pools that provide ideal play areas for young children and attending adults. The quiet streets around Inlet Point are ideal for family biking. Nearby Cherry Grove Beach Park has a double boat ramp which gives visitors access to both the marsh/inlet & the Atlantic Ocean; it has boat/trailer parking, a fishing pier, dock, and restrooms. Near the Park you'll find The Heritage Park Wildlife Preserve which has walking trails through and boardwalks over the salt marshes for a scenic and informative look at the salt marsh habitat. The unit has been freshly painted and now has four televisions with cable, three of these have DVD/CD players - family viewing in the living room and TV's in each of the bedrooms for separate viewing, listening or video gaming. Bedroom #2 has two twin beds and a balcony with spectacular views of the salt marshes and the IC Waterway. Bedroom #3 has a queen size bed, the half bathroom, and salt marsh views. The Master bedroom has a queen size bed, full bath and balcony with ocean and IC Waterway views. There is a twin size rollaway bed stored in Bedroom #2. Furnishings are beachy and very comfortable! At Inlet Point you will be away from the crowds when you want to be, yet close to all of the restaurants and resort action when that beckons! The South Carolina coast is a golf Mecca with many of the best courses in the country located in North Myrtle Beach and the surrounding area. With South Carolina's warm climate, golf season runs through December, and starts up in full again in February. The beach is comfortable from early April well into November. North Myrtle Beach is a vibrant, exciting, year-round resort area convenient to a wide range of attractions (including outlet shopping) that appeal to families and to adults of all ages!
