Fantastic 1 Bedroom Ocean Front Condo on 3rd Ave. North Ocean Blvd. NMB 10th Floor Center unit. We look right out onto the beach. This is NOT an ocean view unit. We have enhanced the unit to include a Stereo/CD player, DVD/VCR's on both TV's and attempted to make the standard "rail" 1 bedroom Avista unit a bit more comfortable as well as added WIFI for those who must bring their computers. Walking distance from Main Street North Myrtle Beach. Indoor/outdoor pools and hot tubs, lazy rivers, 3 elevators. Parking garage behind resort. Ocean-front balcony from living room. 2 double beds in the bedroom. Murphy bed (size double) in the living/dining room. Queen pull out sleeper sofa. DVD/VCRs on the two TVs. AM/FM/Tape/CD Stereo System in the living room. Absolutely NO PETS. Avista Resort Policy.
