Welcome to the prestigious Ocean Forest section of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina's number one family destination. We have a large 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom ocean view Myrtle Beach condo, located in a family oriented complex on beautiful North Ocean Boulevard about two and a half miles north of the site of the previous downtown Pavilion. Located on the second floor of this three floor complex, we overlook the pool and yet have a great view of the ocean from our balcony Our brightly colored living room has an entertainment center with cable color television, VCR and a stereo/CD player. The large couch has a fold out queen size bed with ample coffee and end table space along with two rocker recliners. Or walk through the large sliding glass door onto the balcony and sit back to enjoy the nice ocean view. The large master bedroom has a queen size bed with a walk in closet. A cable color television is in the room on the oversize dresser. The master bedroom has its own private master bathroom. Two sinks and a full size tub provide ample space to get ready for time on the beach or a night on the town. But when you return for a peaceful nights sleep open the bedroom's sliding glass door and go onto the balcony for the sounds of the ocean waves. Although we are located only 5 minutes from "Restaurant Row" or the Dixie Stampede, you may want to prepare a dinner at home. Our large dining room will comfortably seat six at the table or two at the pass through eating bar. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you will need to create a delicious meal. The dishwasher will clean the dishes while you go for a walk on the beach. No need to overpack, as the unit is equipped with its own private laundry room with full size washer, dryer, ironing board and iron!

Our condo has its own laundry room equipped with a full size washer and dryer. The central heating and air conditioning will keep you cool on those warm South Carolina days. All linens and towels, except beach towels, are supplied. There are two beach chairs and a beach umbrella provided for your use. Included with your payment is a departure maid service. The complex has two elevators for access to the second and third floors. Charcoal barbecues are provided by the complex for those who enjoy cooking out. We have ample, private, off street parking for all our guests. |

| Method of Payment- Standard reservations require an advance deposit of $250.00 received within 14 days of the reservation request. If we do not receive the deposit within 14 days the reservation will be cancelled. Final payment, which includes the balance of the rental amount and a $250.00 security deposit is required 30 days prior to check-in. Personal checks are accepted up to 30 days prior to check-in. Any monies paid less than 30 days prior to check-in must be in certified funds (cashiers checks, certified checks or money orders). Pet security deposit of $75.00 also required. |

We do not rent our unit to anyone under the age of twenty five (25). No house parties are allowed. No motorcycles or trailers are allowed on the premises Our condo is a NON SMOKING home. |
