Our cozy hide away is nestled within a four-season community in the Pocono's. We have all the conveniences of home, while experiencing all the fun and relaxation the Pocono's has to offer. In the winter, re-live your youth on the ski slopes of Big Bear, in the summer relax on the beach or by the Olympic size swimming pool. Fun is Yours for the Taking – Rent with Us! Accommodations: Clean and tastefully decorated fully furnished home with an exterior deck, A/C and heat. Grill and patio set on deck. Fireplace in the living room. Two bedrooms on first floor w/ one queen size bed in each. Second floor loft containing 2 single beds and 1 full size futon. All linens are included in the rental. Appliances include washer & dryer, microwave oven, 27” TV w/ cable and much more.

Amenities: Rental includes up to 8 guest passes. The passes provide you FREE access to the following: Heated Pool Complex, Community Beach w/ Snack Shack, Picnic Area and BBQ Pits on a 250 Acre Spring Fed Glacier Lake, Horseshoes, Tennis, Basketball and Shuffleboard Courts, Arena Horse Rides and River Park w/access to the Delaware River. Additional fee related Amenities: Horse Back Riding (Trail - $10 pp), Snow Skiing, Tubing and Boarding at Big Bear Ski Mountain (25% off), Fitness Center ($3-5) and WiFi internet at lodge (fee unknown). All amenities are within the community. |

Payment of total charges is due (14 days) prior to arrival, Payment by personal checks are accepted with a drivers license, but bank checks or money orders are preferred. Returned checks for insufficient funds will be the renter’s responsibility. Renter will reimburse the owner the cost of charges plus a $30 processing fee. Payment or said charges will only be accepted in the form of a bank check and will be paid within one week of official notification by owner. |
