A new beach house located conveniently at the north end of Lincoln City, very near to the Chinook Winds Casino. This home is in a new development just a block from the beach access in the quiet residential area known as Roads End. This house sits in a very private little corner of the development and has the closest access to the beach. The house is whimsically decorated with beach accessories and is set up for any kind of get-a-way: for a romantic getaway, for family time/holidays, gal-pal weekends, or for the guys who frequent the pool tournament competitions at the casino. Everyone seems to really enjoy their stay. Everything is provided. The kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking equipment and the staples necessary for your first morning are included (coffee, hot chocolate, tea, pancake mix, syrup, popcorn, etc.). Safeway is under a mile away, so the next day you can pick up the rest of your food supplies. All you need to bring is your clothes and bath room necessities. The bathrooms include hair dryers, shampoo, conditioner, swabs, bath soap, etc.) The taxes are included, so the only cost is the nightly rental, and the one-time cleaning fee of $60.
