DON'T MISS THE MOST BEAUTIFUL TIME ON THE NORTH FORK! Beautiful One Bedroom (with A/C), one bath, cottage WITH PULL OUT COUCH in Living Room area, kitchenette, PLUS OUTDOOR SHOWER, on a quiet cove off Peconic Bay. Bar-b-que, enjoy relaxing on the deck overlooking a lovely garden, have cocktails on the dock while viewing fabulous sunsets, breathing in fresh clean air. Great for water activities in warm weather: hunt for crabs, go clamming, rowing, kayaking, swimming, (aluminum row boat available for renters' use.) Other times visit the vineyards, shop the local farm stands, walk through quaint little towns with lovely shops and art galleries, or drive 15 minutes in either direction to visit charming Greenport or Riverhead where you can shop at Tanger Outlets, visit the Aquarium or go to Splish Splash Water Park. We're a short distance to great restaurants, beautiful beaches, vistas, and vineyards.

Cottage has A/C in bedroom with queen size bed. The pull out couch in the LR area is a sturdy foam L.L.Bean couch that folds out onto the floor.....NO IRON BAR to hurt your back! Cable TV connection. Full size refrigerator. Kitchen fully equipped with dishes, glasses, flatware, cookware, coffee maker, electric hot water kettle, microwave, toaster oven, toaster, Brita filtered water system, deck with lovely glass top table and two chairs, kitchen table and chairs seating 4, electric cook top, large electric skillet for those who enjoy cooking, many fine restaurants in the area for those who don't want to cook over their time away from home. And don't forget about the outdoor shower to use in warm weather. Cottage is also heated for guests who visit in the late Fall, Winter or early Spring! |

Vineyards and farmstands everywhere. 15-20 minutes from either Riverhead, where you can shop at Tanger Mall, visit the Aquarium or play at "Splish Splash" Water Park, or Greenport where you can visit art galleries, walk the boardwalk, dine at lovely restaurants, shop the fabulous stores, people watch, etc. Travel a little further than Greenport to Orient where you can view the historic homes, visit The Candyman for home made candy, or take the ferry to Connecticut where you can explore or spend some time at the Casinos. You should be able to find whatever pleases you. |
