| A $400.00 Security Deposit is required at the time of booking. The deposit is refunded shortly after the house is vacated, cleaned, and inspected. |

Weekly rentals are from Saturday at 3 pm to the following Saturday at 11 am. Weekend rentals are from Friday to Sunday or from Saturday to Monday. All rentals require a refundable Security Deposit of $400.00 which is returned after the house is vacated, cleaned, and inspected. A $75.00 cleaning fee for all weekend and mid-week rentals. |
