Our lovely year round home is located lakefront on beautiful black lake which is an all sports lake, we are located about 30 minutes from the mac. bridge, we have a dock & a marina located just 4 miles up the road for boat rentals,gas etc.., there is a little pizza place and corner store just 1.8 miles down the road, Black lake Golf course is also just a short 6 miles from the cottage, our lake is very clean with a sandy bottom which makes for great swimming it is very shallow for about 2oo yards from the cottage til it drops off, great for kids, just 30 minutes away there is water park in Macinaw city and of course Macinaw island is right there too. Our home is very, very clean with newer carpet & paint, new windows, roof & more, full kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven & coffeepot, washer & dryer too, master bed has queen size bed with a master bath incl shower, 2nd bath is full with a tub, 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds, & a pull out sofa in the living room, there is a fire pit on the lake side for your enjoyment and grassy areas for the kids to play. a 4 car garage is there for storage.
