Sleeps 8 - 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, spacious living room and kitchen, as well as a balcony. Bedrooms are king size, queen size, and two sets of bunk beds. 4 TV's with cable, 3 VCR's, 4 DVD players. Washer, dryer, dishwasher, and refrigerator with ice and water dispenser. The condo is new and beautifully furnished including 2 comfortable recliners and is on the 2nd level over a garage with an elevator. There are valet carts for moving in your belongings.

Amenities include Work out Facility, Club House, Crabbing Pier, Gated Entry, Market Place, Island Time Cafe, Walking Trails, interactive water fountain, Bicycle Rack, Outdoor Shower, private bay beaches, 2 outdoor pools, and a heated indoor pool. Pool side summer entertainment from May through August. There is also parking level storage for your beach equipment. You could have a great vacation without leaving the Island, but Ocean beaches within walking distance if you prefer. Only additional charges are $50.00 for the week for amenities passes to use pool, etc. |
| This condo is located on Sunset Island in Ocean City near 67th St. It is located on the bay side. It is convenient to all the attractions in Ocean City and just a few blocks from the ocean beach. |

| Half of amount of the payment and damage deposit will be due with rental agreement. The remaining balance will be due 30 days in advance of occupancy. Guest shall not be entitled to possession unless and until said amount has been paid to owner: Owner will have power to declare the termination of this agreement and the forfeiture of all payments made hereunder if the balance is not paid when it is due. Payment of the balance must be made by CASH, CHECK, or MONEY ORDER. |

NO SMOKING, NO PETS, NO GRILLING. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the department of Health and Mental Hygiene of the State of Maryland (Comar 10.20.01). This agreement (or contract) shall terminate and be void immediately upon notification to the Owner or his designated representative by any official of Ocean City that these noise levels have been exceeded as a result of activity on this Property, and the Guest (or occupant) shall vacate the premises immediately upon being advised of such notification. |
All renters have been very complimentary about the condo and really enjoyed the complex of Sunset Island.

From September to March, price will be $750 per week or $175 per day (3 day minimum). A security deposit of $200 is required for all rentals, but will be returned within 2 weeks if no damage is noted.
