This penthouse has 1500 square feet of living area, bar (sink and stools), kitchen (Jenn-Air stove), dining area (table and chairs), front room (sofa-bed, wicker chairs and coffee tables), vaulted ceilings, fans, fireplace, 10 foot windows thru-out. Spacious master bedroom, closets, Jacuzzi tub and shower. Second bedroom with separate full bath and closet. All appliances, utensils, linens, washer and dryer, telephone, Cable TV (2), are included. A 600 square foot covered balcony with gas barbeque wraps around the kitchen, family room, and bedrooms. KA EO KAI (MAUNA KAI) is located in the heart of the Princeville Resort area. This property is within walking distance to Anini Beach, Princeville Shopping Center and three golf courses (Princeville, Makai and Prince). All other beaches are a short drive away. MAUNA KAI has the largest pool of all the condos in Priceville, covered cooking and eating area, barbeques, lounges and restrooms for tenants and guests only. Kauai is the "romantic" island. The life on Kauai has a slower pace and has a more traditional Hawaiian atmosphere. On this island structures are not allowed to be built any higher than the height of a palm tree, so you will not see any high rises. There are plenty of water sports, helicopter trips and boat rides. Views of the waterfalls falls are create daily from the rains on the magnificent green cliffs on the mountain side just to the north of us. In the interior of the island is the Waimea Canyon. The famous Princeville Hotel is beautiful and is home to the stars and is located one mile west. You are able to visit, eat, sit in the bar or shop while enjoying a beautiful view of the ocean. Visit Hanalei Bay's heavenly beach, swim or snorkel with all the tropical fish. Kauai is known as the "Garden Isle" because of its lush green landscape it is truly a treasure to see and enjoy!!!
