| SECURITY DEPOSITS: $400 security deposit plus half the rent is required to secure unit. Deposits will be returned approximately one month after your departure or when the phone bill covering the last day of your stay is processed. The unit has a block which requires the use of credit cards for long distance calls. Local calls are free. If any charges are deducted for excess cleaning or damages, those charges will be itemized and copies of the bills attached. The Guest agrees that if damage to the property exceeds the damage deposit, the Guest will pay the additional damage in full. If legal fees are required to collect said damages, the Guest shall be liable for all attorney fees, court costs caused in the collection of these damages, and loss of rents while damages are being repaired. Upon departure, leave your key in the key box where you got it. There will be a $10.00 charge if all keys are not left where they were picked up. There will be a $100.00 charge for lockout calls and a $50.00 charge for lost keys. |

NO PETS OR SMOKING PERMITTED IN UNIT! CHECK IN/OUT: Check in is at 2:00 p.m. and check out is 10:00 a.m. unless special arrangements have been made with the Owner. If at all possible, we will try to accommodate your travel requirements for a later check-out, but please remember that usually another Guest is anxiously awaiting check in for their vacation. LAUNDRY: You may leave one load of laundry for the cleaning company to wash. All other laundry must be washed, dried, folded, and put away. Usually 2 king sheets and pillowcases constitute one load of laundry. The fee for each additional load of unwashed laundry is $30 per load. LIABILITY: All personal property placed in the leased premises shall be at the risk of Guest or owner of such personal property. Guest indemnifies and holds Owner harmless for any loss or damage to such personal property or for any injury to Guest or Guest's property arising from the accidental bursting or leaking of water or steam pipes, or from any act of negligence of any co-Guest occupant of the building, or any person other than Owner, his agents and employees. Owner shall not be liable to Guest or their guests or visitors for liability or damage claims for injury to persons or property from any cause relating to the occupancy of the premises by Guest, including those arising out of damages or losses occurring on the sidewalks and other areas or any other extension thereof. Guest shall indemnify Owner from all liability, loss, or other damage claims or obligations resulting from any injuries or losses of this nature. In no event shall Owner’s liability ever exceed the sums paid pursuant to the lease between Owner and Guest. RADON GAS is a naturally occurring radioactive gas that when it has accumulated in a building in sufficient quantities, may present health risks to persons who are exposed to it over time. Levels of radon gas that exceed Federal and State guidelines have been found in buildings in Florida. Additional information regarding radon and radon testing may be obtained from your County Health Unit. |
My husband and I usually rent a condo for our vacations and are always disappointed by how dirty the place turns out to be. We were so happily surprised when we got to this condo by how clean and pretty everything was. Also they have everything we needed just like we were home! The pool is beautiful and we could walk to the beach. There is so much to do on Siesta Key that I think we're going to go there for our vacation next year also. Brenda H. We loved that the condo is in a very quiet, peaceful resort area and we had the choice of the beach (across the street) or the pool (which was just redone and is so beautiful!)
