Built in 2005, it has all the cool stuff...Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, tile flooring, tons of upgrades! Master has large walk-in closet and huge shower with 2 shower heads. Guest bedroom has a Queen pillowtop mattress and a full private bath. Queen Sleeper Sofa and Bunk Beds. All mattresses are pillowtop and very comfortable. Fullsized washer and dryer inside condo. Very convenient parking, one level below this unit -- no more 5 minute elevator rides. Covered porch, approx. 9 ft. x 29 ft., overlooks the huge pool, cabanas and the beautiful beaches of Panama City. Walk to Schooners & hang out to listen to the band or grab a quick lunch -- convenient to the PCB International Airport and Captain Anderson's Marina. Very quiet part of the beach, convenient to local shopping and restaurants. The resort next door has kids' programs throughout the summer --- sand sculpting, scavenger hunts, snorkeling, etc. We were there 4 weeks ago- the water was beautiful, the food was great and we had sand between our toes! Panama City Beach is undergoing some great changes. The new International airport is set to open in 2009 and a Margaritaville is being built. If you haven't seen it in a while- come back to relax.
