This exquisite home is located in Bobcat Trail Golf and Country Club, a gated community just north of Port Charlotte and south of Venice and Sarasota. It has been designer furnished with the best of everything. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, fantastic gourmet kitchen, dining area, great room, den or office, swimming pool with water features, huge screened lanai, and too many other amenities to list here. General Information: The Great Room has double doors with leaded and beveled glass and transom, custom built-ins for tv and electronic equipment, “disappearing walls of glass” on 2 sides (sliders that open up and pocket to leave the spacious lanai wide open to the great room and kitchen, and dining areas. It has these same disappearing walls in the master bedroom which allows the room to be directly open to the pool area and lanai. Very tropical ambience. Total square footage under roof, but not all under air(garage, lanai and entry) = 3251 (does not include the screened pool cage area which is huge- probably another thousand square feet or more)
