| Confirming your reservation: A refundable deposit is required to confirm your reservation. This deposit is over and above the cost of your rental. Deposit requirements are: $200 for stays less than one month or 10% of Balance for longer then one month. Personal checks or Certified funds are accepted for your deposit. Making your final payment: final payment is due 60 days prior to your arrival date by personal check or certified funds only. Personal or Certified Checks are only accepted for your Security Deposit. Our Policy: Your security deposit will be returned to you six weeks after your departure, less any long distance calls charged to unit phone, extra cleaning or laundry charges. All rents and fees are subject to 11% tax and unit cleaning charges. Listed monthly rates are already discounted and are based on a full month. No discounts for February or March. Rates may vary according to location and desirability. All accounts are payable in US funds. Personal checks, travelers checks, cashiers checks are accepted. No pets and no smoking is allowed in the Penthouse. No RV’s, boats or trailers are permitted in condo parking lots. We do not rent to single groups under 25 years of age. Prices subject to change without notice. |

What you need to know about renting from us. All rentals are for a minimum of one(1) week. During the winter months, all weekly reservations run from Saturday to Saturday during February and March, please have your dates available when you do call to book. No Smoking and No Pets allowed. Renter is obligated to pay Florida State Tax of 11% as well as a $75 cleaning fee. If renter stays for a month or longer.. then a fee of $75 a month will be added for cleaning for each month of occupancy. A house-keeping crew will come at the end of each month of rental to clean the Penthouse. |
Hi Bob, With regards to the condo, simply put is was amazing. The views were incredible and the condo was perfect. As you know I am in Real Estate and deal with rentals, sometimes you get owners who overstate the conditon of the property, the views, etc, you did not. Everything you told us was right on, we would like to thank you for offering such a beautiful place at such a reasonalbe price. We would like to reserve it for the week of December 15th to the 22nd of 2007. I loved the idea that the place was secured so that I could trust my kids 6 and 11 to roam about freely knowing they were safe. The private beach was great but still allowed us the ability to roam the beaches on Lovers Key State Park. The pool and grilling areas were wonderful. All the people we met, mostly owners, were very nice and accomodating. The condo itself was gorgeous. Million dollar views do not give it justice. The ability to see both the bays, Gulf of Mexico and other citys as far south as Naples was awesome. My dad who travels by RV to Ft Myers every year visited us several times for dinner and he thought the views from the condo were the best he had ever seen. He and I loved talking to the people at grilling time. I would recomend your condo to anyone who wants quick access to the beach, pool and Ft. Myers Beach as well as a Billion Dollar view of the area both in the day and at night. This comes from someone who has visited everything from St. Petersburg area south to Marco Island. we absolutly loved it and will be looking forward to next years trip. We were out of the unit app.. 9:45 yesterday, the 13th, hopefully didn't leave to much clean up. I will e-mail you within a week or so, regarding next year availabilities, we would certainly like to try to rent again next year, similar time, ie the 1st 2 weeks of January 2007. The week or so was great weather wise, only a couple of cool days, however, being from Canada it felt like home. That's it for now, thanks again for the use of the unit. Doug Proctor 519-886-6325 When I knew I had to go to Fort Myers Florida to visit my grandmother and meet much of my family for a little getaway, I was totally turned off by the prices of hotels. It was my mother, my wife, my brother and me: We knew we had to stay a week, and looking at hotel rooms of $200 + per night for only two of us, we started looking into finding a cottage or condo to rent, when we stumbled upon Bob's place in Lover's Key. For nearly half the cost of a hotel, four of us felt like royalty with our own kitchen, private terrace with nearly a 300 degree panoramic view of the Gulf and other waterways (when we arrived it was night time and while the moon was big we couldn't really tell what the view offered, but when we woke up... wow!). Just when drinking homeade frozen margaritas in the afternoon on the terrace wasn't enough, we strolled down to our PRIVATE beach and continued the party. Everyone was super kind and minded their own business. I inquired about the dolphin tours that the local places offer and everyone's dolphin tour was literally 100 feet out from our private beach. We got to see all levels of the food chain, from schools of Snook fish eating minnows to dolphins coming nearly ashore to eat the snook fish. We rented a pontoon boat one afternoon and took our own dolphin tour, and yes, we ended up in our own backyard where the dolphins were the most plentiful. Also, if you decide not to drive that day or anyday, there is a trolley that takes you back and forth thru the island, and it's free! We were all blown away at how much fun we all had, and Bob's condo was the biggest gem of the trip. Needless to say, we didn't spend enough quality time with grandma. Eric Merola 212-569-0150 Hi Bob!
