Santa Cruz Summer Fully Furnished Vacation Studio for 4 people and pets Bright and spacious 425 square feet studio with an open beam vaulted ceiling in the living room with covered ski light. FULLY furnished SUMMER studio ready to use. Maximum 4 people, NO SMOKING The living area has wall to wall carpet, double bed, double futon couch, 5 drawer dresser, wireless internet, Anwaa with stereo system and 8 totes for storage. The kitchen, hall and bathroom have Pergo flooring. The kitchen is fully furnished for meals with pots and pans, dishes, coffee maker, tea maker, toaster, dining room table and chairs and most of what else you can think of. The 9’ hallway has a 6’ closet with a 4 drawer dresser and a 2’ closet with 8 wire baskets for storage. The bathroom has a full shower; toilet and corner sink with vanity. The private fenced outside patio has a full metal table and 4 chairs with a wonderful fountain for calming sounds. It is an easy three minute walk to West Cliff Drive and the Lighthouse, a five minute walk to the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk, and a fifteen minutes walk to historic downtown.

An easy three minute walk to West Cliff Drive, a five minute walk to the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk, and a fifteen minutes walk to historic downtown. Santa Cruz offers the beaches, Boardwalk, dog friendly parks, basketball courts, soccer, a new million dollar skateboard park, San Lorenzo river, Stagnaro's and Gilda's on the wharf, renowned Marianne=s ice cream, Pacific Cookie Company, Seabright brewery and the wonderful and fabulous Pacific ocean. Close by in town are Cinemas, Libraries, Museums, Laundromats, Hospitals and Churches. Spectacular sunsets are included at no extra charge at the end of West Cliff Drive in the Natural Bridges State Park home of Monarch butterflies. It=s a short drive south to the Monterey Peninsula or a little longer drive north up the famous Pacific Coast Highway to Davenport, Half Moon Bay, Pacifica or San Francisco. You can head to the beach or the Santa Cruz mountains. Henry Cowel State Park and Big Sur to name a few. Our redwoods are spectacular. A trip to Roaring Camp where a steam train will take you through the forest of trees. This studio is 425 square feet. The living area has wall to wall carpet and the kitchen, hall and bathroom have Pergo flooring. | RESERVATIONS A refundable security deposit of $175.00 is required for our home, with an additional $50.00 for pets. We will accept checks, cashier's checks, money orders, or cash. Use a Paypal account sent to houseatarnold@hotmail.com for credit cards. All email or phone reservations will be held for a maximum of 5 working days. If your deposit has not been received during that time period, your reservation will be considered "un-confirmed". |

A full set of polices will be given with the registration form. Basically - leave it as clean and when you came in, - if you break anything, report it and pay for it Deposit is refunded within 30 days following check out by caretaker No refunds for leaving early. |
