| Deposits will be 50% of your total cost of your reservation within a month of that reservation. The rest of the cost will be payed upon arrival with a $500.00 refundable deposits upon inspection of the premises and check-out |

If you need to cancel this reservation, without penalties, you should do so one month in advanced. The closer to your reservation, will incur higher penalties. You have to cancel by phone and by fax. If you smoke, one should do so outside as this is a non-smoking unit. If there is any damage, you will be charged according to the aggreed deposit. |

Off season will be a little less than prime time. $2000.00 per week during the summer months and $1800.00 per week during the winter months. If you want to rent by month than the price will be discussed depending upon your needs.
