Riverfront vacation home located in private community right along the Colorado river. Directly across the river from Blythe, CA just off the 10 freeway. Community boat launch and dock. Sleeps 12 comfortably, 4 bedrooms one with king, 2 queens, huge bonus room (almost 600 sq. ft) with a couch and 2 double futons. Huge deck (almost 600 sq. ft) with built in BBQ and chairs, loungers to enjoy watching the boaters or enjoying the gorgeous sunsets. Great for group vacations, less expensive than renting hotel rooms, Enjoy the river in a more relaxed, family atmosphere without the crowds. Located 30 minutes south of Parker. Enjoy the water recreation in the summer and great place for snow birds in the fall and winter months. Close to Riverside County, San Diego, Pheonix and Quartzside on the Arizona side of the California/Arizona border just off the 10 fwy. This will become one of your favorite vacation spots we get alot of repeat customers!!!

Our home is privately owned and reflects the taste of the owner. It is fully furnished, with a full kitchen, blankets and pillows, You will need to provide you own towels, paper products, soaps and personal items. The owner will appreciate it if you treat their home like you own. DEPOSITS and RESERVATIONS: Reservations are accepted by phone, we must receive your deposit of $600 to guarantee reservation. We do not accept credit cards. The balance is due 21 days prior to your arrival date. After you place your reservation, we will mail you a rental contract. Please read it carefully, sign and return it with your deposit. If we do not receive a signed contract, your reservation may be cancelled. CANCELLATION and CHANGE POLICY: Notices of cancellation must be received more than 90 days prior to arrival date and are subject to a $25 fee. IF CANCELLATIONS ARE MADE LESS THAN 90 DAYS BUT MORE THAN 21 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL, YOU WIL FORFEIT YOUR ENTIRE DEPOSIT, IF CANCELLATION IS RECEIVED WITHIN 21 DAYS OR LESS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL, THE ENTIRE RENTAL AMOUNT WILL BE FORFEITED, BUT YOUR DEPOSIT WIL BE RETURNED, IF WE ARE ABLE TO RE-BOOK THE HOME, ALL MONEY PAID WILL BE RETURNED, LESS THE $25 FEE. There is a $25 returned check charge and a $15 processing fee on all reservations. REGISTRATION: You will need to personally check-in and check-out per directions, YOU MAY CHECK-IN ANY TIME AFTER 3 PM AND BEFORE 9 PM on your arrival day. If you are found to be in possession of the home prior to check-in, you will be charged a $100 fee. You must be out by 11 AM on your departure day or be subject to a late checkout fee of $300. House must be secure, all doors and windows must be closed and locked, Keys must be returned to at departure. CLEANING: If the home and boat dock are left in exactly the same condition as received (clean and undamaged) your deposit will be refunded within 45 days of departure, minus a $100 cleaning/sanitizing fee. This fee is for your protection and assures that your rental home has been professionally sanitized prior to your arrival. The sanitizing fee, any damages and the cost of any additional cleaning required will be deducted automatically from your security deposit. PETS/SMOKING: NO PETS OR SMOKING ARE ALLOWED AT ANY TIME. ANY EVIDENCE OF A PET OR SMOKING WILL RESULT IN A FORFEITURE OF THE TOTAL SECURITY DEPOSIT. OCCUPANCY: accommodation is limited to the number of persons indicated in your reservation, you may not go over that number ANY TIME with out prior approval from Landlord. Tents, campers and motor homes are not allowed to be parked, hooked up or used on the rental property. Violation will result in loss of the total security deposit, and you may be evicted. |
